Taylor started his practice in a wellness and spa setting where his treatments were said to have a “magical zen touch.” Over the years, as he encountered complex musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural imbalances, he found himself drawn to rehabilitative, performance-focused, and outcome-based massage therapy. Now, as an experienced therapist, he has developed an extensive and ever-evolving toolbox that combines deep meditative stress relief with targeted techniques for managing chronic and complex pain. His experience working with high-performance athletes, seniors, and everyday individuals has enabled him to create approaches that effectively address sports injuries, long-term maladaptation, and the everyday aches, pains, and psychosomatic stressors of modern life.

Some of the modalities he offers include: • Swedish • Deep Tissue • Sports Massage • Healing Energy • Deep Muscle Realignment • Trigger Point Therapy • Hydrotherapy • Geriatric Massage

Each session is customized to meet the unique needs of each client—whether for relaxation and rejuvenation or to target specific chronic or systemic issues.
